	The Department of Health, Board of Physical Therapy Practice announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, May 14, 2009, 3:00 p.m. or soon thereafter

PLACE:	Marriott Tampa Airport, Tampa International Airport, Tampa, FL, (813)879-5151

Subject:	Orientation and Training of New Physical Therapy Board Members. Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the department at least 48 hours before the meeting by contacting: Board office at (850)488-0595.
