RULE:

11C-6.010

Retention of Applicant Fingerprints

PURPOSE:

To correct the rule and make it internally consistent. Current language is confusing because of a reference to a portion of the rule previously deleted which allowed for an alternate invoicing method.

SUBJECT:

References to a renumbered rule are deleted. The amended rule language corrects the rule and makes it internally consistent.
