Notice of Non-Compliance

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment requires the consumer laminate and display their license until the license is inactive.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment imposes penalties on licensees who do not laminate their licenses accordance with Rule 61G3-19.009, F.A.C.
