PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rulemaking is to establish the requirements related to Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R).

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking addresses the statewide administration of CCR&R and establishes requirements related to availability of resources, maintenance of information, and issuance of referrals.
