	The Suwannee River Water Management District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 14, 2009, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Otter Springs Park & Campground, Trenton, FL 32693

Subject:	Public hearing in accordance with Section 373.59, F.S., concerning the proposed acquisition of the Champion/Mount Gilead Addition Conservation Easement, 193 acres +/-, Madison and Jefferson Counties, with Funds from the Florida Forever Trust Fund or recaptured Preservation 2000 Funds; also the proposed acquisition of the Wooten/Lower Alapaha Addition, 63 acres +/- with a house, Hamilton County with Funds from the Florida Forever Trust Fund or other available acquisition funds.
