	The Department of Children and Families (DCF) announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 9, 2009, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.; June 12, 2009, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

Subject:	To discuss with the evaluation team members the scoring of proposals received regarding Requests for Proposals 04F09GC1 and 04F09C2. SUMMARY: The federal Emergency Shelter Grant Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be competitively scored by a volunteer evaluation team. The first meeting on June 9, 2009, will be to go over scoring criteria and processes. Participants will be volunteer proposal evaluators and the procurement manager. The second meeting on June 12, 2009, will be a debriefing meeting with the evaluators and the procurement manager to discuss scores and rank proposals. All meetings relating to these solicitations are open to the public and may be electronically recorded by any member of the audience. Although vendors and the public are invited, no comments and/or questions will be taken from any vendors or members of the public. Also to be discussed is the rating scale and specific instructions regarding each of the rating topic. Dates and times are tentative and subject to change and readers should refer to the Department of Management Services Vendor Bid website to any changes to the schedule of events for these two RFPs.
