	The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Elevator Safety Technical Advisory Council, announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	To discuss possible legislation prior to the upcoming 2007 session. Any person deciding to appeal a decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made. Such record must include testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
