RULE:

63H-2.005	State Residential Staff (Repealed)
63H-2.006	State Non-Residential Staff (Repealed)
63H-2.007	Detention Staff (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Amending the training requirements for direct care staff in state detention, residential, and non-residential programs. Specifically, the requirements for retaking failed certification exams are detailed. Also, the crossover exam for state residential and detention staff is eliminated.

SUBJECT:

The testing of direct care training for detention, state residential and state non-residential staff is amended.
