Subject:	Closed door attorney-client session pursuant to Fla. Stat. Section 286.011(8)(2005) to discuss strategy related to litigation in the case of South Florida Water Management District v. Eco-Engineering, LLC f/k/a Enviroglades, LLC, State of Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, Case No. 05-4514. The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation.
