	The Board of Directors of Babcock Ranch, Inc. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Review of Babcock Ranch Recreational Master Plan Report; discussion of long term goals, foundation opportunities, structural management objectives, and report from Management including financial projections and update; annual election of officers, and public comments.
