	The Bay County Board of County Commissioners announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, June 25, 2009, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Lynn Haven Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 4501 Transmitter Road, Panama City, Florida

Subject:	This hearing is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects of Federal Project ID 217875-1-32-01, otherwise known as C.R. 390 Widening PD&E. The limits of the project corridor are from S.R. 77 to U.S. 231 in Bay County, Florida.
