RULE:

64B24-3.003	Examination Fee (Repealed)
64B24-3.004	Endorsement Fee (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal rules that are out of date or are unnecessary.

SUMMARY:

The department decided to repeal Rule 64B24-3.003, F.A.C., which sets an examination fee for midwives of $500. The department decided to repeal Rule 64B24-3.004, which sets for midwives a $500 fee for licensure by endorsement.
