Requirements for Reactivation of an Inactive License

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is intended set forth the requirements for reactivation of an inactive license.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule sets forth the requirements for those athletic trainers who wish to reactivate a license which is in inactive status.
