	The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	To consider a Workers’ Compensation filing made by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc., by which the Council requests an overall average decrease in rate levels of 13.3% for the voluntary market for all new and renewal Workers’ Compensation Insurance policies written in the State of Florida, effective January 1, 2007.
