Disciplinary Guidelines; Range of Penalties; Aggravating and Mitigating Circumstances

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment in order to implement Section 456.072(1)(gg), Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The amendment will add a violation, a minimum and maximum penalty range for its disciplinary guidelines in order to implement Section 456.072(1)(gg), Florida Statutes.
