PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to revise and update District rules governing permit application procedures and permit processing timeframes. The overall effects will be to improve permit processing procedures, make District permit application processing more consistent with other water management districts, and consolidate permit processing rules within Part VI of Chapter 40D-1, F.A.C.
