RULE:

69K-24.040

Licensure of Centralized Embalming Facilities.

PURPOSE:

The rule was incorrectly noticed with respect to the annual inspection fee to be paid by Centralized embalming facilities.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment would correct the annual inspection fee to be paid by Centralized embalming facilities.
