Overview



	The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) for Hazardous Materials announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 6, 2006, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Department of Environmental Protection, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, Carr Building, Room 170M, Tallahassee, Florida 32399

Subject:	To discuss the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Department of Community Affairs, State Emergency Response Commission for Hazardous Materials, Capital Circle Office Center, Sadowski Building, 2555 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2100, or by telephoning (850)413-9970.
