Weighing or Measuring Device Permits; Requirements and Fees (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To create and administer a program to permit commercially operated weighing and measuring devices in the State of Florida, in accordance with the mandates of Sections 531.60-.66, F.S.

SUMMARY:

Establishes requirements, fees and adopts such forms as are necessary to create and administer a program, in accordance with Sections 531.60-.66, F.S., for the permitting of commercially operated weighing and measuring devices in the State of Florida.
