Overview



	The Public Service Commission, customer meeting to be held in the following docket, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, October 4, 2006, 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	City of St. Petersburg Beach, City Hall, City Commission Chambers, 155 Corey Ave., St. Petersburg Beach, FL 33706, (727)363-9920 DOCKET NO. 060255-SU – Application for increase in wastewater rates in Pinellas County by Tierra Verde Utilities, Inc.

Subject:	To give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed wastewater rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Division of the Commission Clerk and Administrative Services, 2540 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0850.
