	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

HEARING CONFERENCE

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing is to permit parties to present testimony and exhibits relative Comcast Phone of Florida, LLC d/b/a Comcast Digital Phone’s petition for arbitration of an interconnection agreement with Quincy Telephone Company d/b/a TDS Telecom, pursuant to Section 252 of the Federal Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and Sections 120.57(1), 120.80(13), 364.012, 364.15, 364.16, 364.161, and 364.162, F.S., and Rule 28-106.201, F.A.C. EMERGENCY CANCELLATION OF HEARING: If settlement of the case or a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the proceedings, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties. Notice of cancellation will also be provided on the Commission’s website (http://www.psc.state.fl.us/) under the Hot Topics link found on the home page.
