	The Agency for Health Care Administration, shops to obtain public input on Medicaid reform health plan performance measures announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 6, 2006, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. PLACE: Agency for Health Care Administration, 2727 Mahan Drive, Building 3, Conference Room A, Tallahassee, Florida 32308 DATE AND TIME: October 26, 2006, 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Subject:	These workshops are being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to provide input on the Medicaid reform health plan performance measures.
