	The Department of Health, Public Swimming and Bathing Facilities Advisory Review Board members will hold variance meetings announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, January 10, 2007; Wednesday, March 14, 2007; Wednesday, May 9, 2007; Wednesday, July 11, 2007; Wednesday, September 12, 2007; Wednesday, November 14, 2007, 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Subject:	purpose of these meetings will be for the board to make recommendations to the department for agency action on variance requests, rule and policy development, and other technical review problems.
