PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to update the guidance document, clarify procedures, and eliminate outdated references.

SUMMARY:

The “Guidelines to Conduct the County Small Quantity Generator Assessment, Notification and Verification Program” was revised and adopted by reference, outdated references were deleted, and procedures were clarified.
