	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, August 10, 2009; Tuesday, August 11, 2009 through Friday, August 14, 2009, 9:30 a.m.

Subject:	To receive testimony and exhibits and to take final action relative to the Commission’s review of the utilities’ numeric conservation goals and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing.
