Library Grant Programs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to modify the questions on the Annual Statistical Report Form for Florida’s Public Libraries for the State Aid to Libraries grant program and to modify audit clauses in the grant agreement for the State Aid to Libraries grant program, Community Libraries in Caring program, and the Public Library Construction Grant program.
The major effects of the changes described above are to improve the ability of the grantee to provide the requested information.

SUMMARY:

Modifies the questions on the Annual Statistical Report Form for Florida’s Public Libraries for the State Aid to Libraries grant program and to modify audit clauses in the grant agreement for the State Aid to Libraries grant program, Community Libraries in Caring program, and the Public Library Construction Grant program.
