PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect are to adopt by rule a phased schedule for adoption of the local government evaluation and appraisal report.

SUMMARY:

The adoption of Chapter 9J-42, F.A.C., will establish a phased schedule for adoption of the local government evaluation and appraisal report pursuant to Section 163.3191(9), Florida Statutes.
