Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to solicit public input to be used in developing a rule for the process and procedures for priotitizing the wait list for enrollment on the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community Based Services Waiver. This rule is required to implement statutory language adopted during the 2009 Florida Legislative session.
