Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 15, 2009, 5:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Florida Department of Transportation, District Office, 1109 S. Marion Avenue, Lake City, Florida

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation will conduct a public hearing to discuss a change to the Access Management Classifications for US 90 West from I 75 to Bascom Norris Drive; US 90 East from Lake City Airport to N. E. Barts Terrace; and SR 47 from S. W. Ridge Street to US 41 in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida. This public hearing to change the Access Management Classifications is an administrative action and does not include any new construction. The Access Management Classification is used to determine signal spacing, driveway spacing and median openings. This hearing is being conducted to inform the public of the classification change and afford the public the opportunity to provide comments. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
