PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal all current rules in Chapter 65H-1, F.A.C. and concurrently replace with new rules which have been restructured and renumbered to promote clarity regarding the minimum standards for domestic violence centers. Additionally, the new rules incorporate Governor Crist’s plain language initiative, revises funding procedures, and adds purpose and definitions.

SUMMARY:

These rules establish minimum standards for the certification and evaluation of domestic violence centers.
