PURPOSE:

Rule Chapter 14-54, F.A.C., is being repealed and its language adopted by the new amendments to Rule Chapter 14-61, F.A.C. The language of Rule Chapter 14-54, F.A.C., is being adopted by Rule Chapter 14-61, F.A.C., in order to update and organize all turnpike rules into one rule chapter.

SUMMARY:

Rule Chapter 14-54, F.A.C., is being repealed.
