Qualified School Construction Bond Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to implement the administration of the Qualified School Construction Bond Program, which was established pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

SUBJECT:

The development of allocation and application processes for the Program, including required documentation to be provided by the education agencies.
