Rules, Publications and Agreements Incorporated by Reference

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to incorporate by reference a revised Appendix dated July 2009 to the Memorandum of Agreement Between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IV, Superfund Division and the Southwest Florida Water Management District. The revised Appendix adds the Alaric Area Groundwater Plume, Helena Chemical Company and Stauffer Chemical Company Combined Superfund Sites, located in Hillsborough County, to the list of Superfund Sites to be addressed by the Agreement.
