69I-20.041

Bureau of Unclaimed Property Reporting Instructions (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

Proposed Rule 69I-20.041, F.A.C., creates an unclaimed property reporting manual for use by holders. The manual contains information that Holders will need to properly report unclaimed property to the Department.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed is the reporting of unclaimed property pursuant to Section 717.117, Florida Statutes.
