Notice of Noncompliance

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to set forth an additional violation which is appropriate for the issuance of a notice of noncompliance.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment specifies that failure to complete the requirement for instruction on domestic violence in the appropriate biennium shall result in a notice of noncompliance.
