	The Council of Licensed Midwifery announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, October 13, 2006, 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter

PLACE:	Meet me Number: Contact the Council of Licensed Midwifery at (850)245-4161 for the meet me number.

Subject:	To conduct general business of the Board. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting due to disability or physical impairment should contact the Council of Licensed Midwifery at (850)245-4161 at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Board office using the Florida Dual Party Relay System at 1(800)955-8770 (Voice) and 1(800)955-8771 (TDD).

Please note, that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
