	The Board of Medicine/Board of Pharmacy Negative Drug Formulary Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 26, 2009, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	The Orlando Airport Marriott, 7499 Augusta National Drive, Orlando, FL 32822, (407)851-9000.

Subject:	This meeting is to discuss whether Levothyroxine Sodium should be removed from the negative drug formulary. Material to be placed on the agenda must be received by September 15, 2009.
