	The Financial Services Commission, Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 6, 2009, 9:00 a.m. to conclusion

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, S. Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To consider a Workers’ Compensation filing made by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc., by which the Council requests an overall average decrease in rate levels of 6.8% for the voluntary market for all new and renewal Workers’ Compensation Insurance policies written in the State of Florida, effective January 1, 2010.
