12B-4.003

Public Use Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12B-4.003, F.A.C. (Public Use Forms), is to adopt, by reference, changes to Form DR-225 (Documentary Stamp Tax Return for Registered Taxpayers’ Unrecorded Documents), used by the Department in the administration of documentary stamp tax.

SUMMARY:
