Scope of Drinking Water Public Notification Rules

PURPOSE:

The Department is updating the reference to the “Standard Health Effects Language for Public Notification” which is incorporated by reference into Rule 62-560.400, F.A.C.

SUBJECT:

Rule 62-560.400, F.A.C., is being amended to update the reference to the “Standard Health Effects Language for Public Notification” for drinking water contaminants in Appendix B to Subpart Q of 40 CFR 141.
