	The District 5 Local Emergency Planning Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Training Subcommittee, Wednesday, October 21, 2009, 9:30 a.m.; Local Emergency Planning Committee, Wednesday, 10:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Marion County Emergency Operations Center, 698 N. W. 30th Ave., Ocala, FL 34475

Subject:	Chairman report, Committee updates, and other organizational matters regarding the committees. SHELTER IN PLACE AVAILABILITY: District 5 will make Shelter in place education available through a model community and electronic presentation upon public request.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
