Overview



	The Board of Directors of the South Florida Evaluation Treatment Center Financing Corporation, a Florida not-for-profit corporation (the “Corporation”) whose sole member is the State of Florida, Department of Children and Family Services (the “Department”) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, October 21, 2009, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	One Park Place, Suite 700, 621 N. W. 53rd Street, Boca Raton, Florida

Subject:	The purpose of electing the officers of the corporation. The Corporation leases, from the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, the ground in Florida City, Florida on which the facility commonly known as the South Florida Evaluation Treatment Center is constructed and leases the improvements constructed and the ground on which they are located (the “Project”) to the Department. The rental payments paid by the Department to the Corporation are applied to the payments due on the certificates of participation sold to finance the construction of the Project. The meeting will be open to the public. The following have been proposed for election to serve as officers of the Corporation for the offices set forth opposite their names until the next annual meeting of the directors of the Corporation or until the election and qualification of their successors or until their earlier death, resignation, or removal: Dale L. Frick Chairman and President Jorge Dominicis Secretary and Treasurer John Bulfin Vice President, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Treasurer
