	The Central Florida Regional Planning Council announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 13, 2009, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Central Florida Regional Planning Council Conference Room, 555 East Church Street, Bartow, Florida 33830

Subject:	A meeting of the Brownfields Consultant Selection Committee to choose one or more consultants to provide services for an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Assessment Grant.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Melissa Zerth at mzerth@cfrpc.org. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
