40E-10.051	Water Reservation Areas: Upper East Coast Planning Area

PURPOSE:

To assure water necessary for the protection of fish and wildlife in the North Fork of the St. Lucie River as part of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan for the Indian River Lagoon-South Project.

SUBJECT:

Water reservation for the North Fork of the St. Lucie River in volumes, locations and seasons of the year as is necessary for the protection of fish and wildlife. NOTE: The draft rule text is available on the District’s website at www.sfwmd.gov and click on “Water Reservations” at bottom of page.
