Qualified School Construction Bond Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this new rule is to implement the administration of the Qualified School Construction Bond Program, which was established as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule sets forth the allocation and application processes for the Program, including required documentation to be provided by the education agencies.
