	The Agency for Health Care Administration, Division of Medicaid announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, October 27, 2009, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Subject:	The Medical Home Task Force will assist the Agency in developing a plan to implement a Medical Home Pilot as authorized in Section 409.91207(5), F.S. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
