RULE:

64B23-7.001

Application for Physicist-in-Training

PURPOSE:

To update, reorganize, and add questions to the licensure application in accordance with legislation passed during the 2009 Session.

SUMMARY:

The application for licensure incorporated in the rule by reference is expanded to include additional questions related to certain felonies and for terminations for cause from Federal and state Medicaid and Medicare programs.
