	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 18, 2009, 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Cypress Lakes Clubhouse, 10000 US Highway 98 North, Lakeland, FL 33809

Subject:	Docket No. 090349-WS – Application for limited proceeding rate increase in Polk County by Cypress Lakes Utilities, Inc. The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in this meeting. For questions, contact: Commission staff, Curt Mouring at (850)413-6427.
