	The Department of Children and Families, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Program Office announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, November 16, 2009, 12:00 Noon PLACE: Highlands Regional Library, Auditorium, 1826 Dunn Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32218 DATE AND TIME: Monday, November 16, 2009, 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Orange Park Library, Meeting Room B, 2054 Plainfield Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073

Subject:	This is a follow-up meeting to discuss the results of the community meetings facilitated by the Health Planning Council in June 2009.
