Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Seven announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, December 8, 2009, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. PLACE: Southwest Florida Water Management District Headquarters, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34604 DATE AND TIME: Thursday, December 10, 2009, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Seven, invites you to attend and participate in the Five-Year Tentative Work Program Public Hearings for Fiscal Years July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2015. The Tentative Work Program covers the next five years of preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and public transportation projects for Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties and includes Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise projects in these counties. These hearings are being conducted pursuant to Chapter 120 and Section 339.135(4)(d), Florida Statutes. The department will receive verbal and written comments from organizations and the general public at the hearings. Written comments not received at the public hearings must be postmarked by December 21, 2009, to become part of the official public hearing record. Written comments may be mailed to: Donald J.
